Alexander Square Partners has completed an investment in Sumer, a leading provider of accounting and business services to UK SMEs, in a transaction sourced and managed by Penta Capital.
Sumer was established to execute a buy-and-build strategy with the aim of consolidating the UK accountancy sector. The company already operates ten hubs across the UK offering a range of business services including accounting services, audits, tax, business advisory, consulting and payroll; its aim is to become a market-leading business services player focused on UK the SME market.
