Alexander Square Partners completes investment into Essential Pharma

Alexander Square Partners has completed an investment into Essential Pharma via a continuation vehicle led by AlpInvest and StepStone. The business will continue to be managed by Gyrus Capital, who have been invested since 2019.
Essential Pharma is an international speciality pharma group focused on ensuring that patients have access to low volume, clinically differentiated, niche pharmaceutical products across key therapeutic areas.
